About Our Shipping

We want to get your kitchen and household favourites to you as quickly as possible. Please read below so you know what to expect after placing your order.

 

Shipping Costs

We offer free delivery on all orders — no minimum spend required. The price you see is the price you pay.

 

Order Processing

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

 

Delivery Times

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

We aim to deliver all orders within 5–15 business days.
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.
Every order is carefully processed and shipped with tracking included.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control such as carrier delays or high-demand periods.

 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear — this is completely normal.

 

Multiple Items

If you have ordered more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Please don't worry if this happens — your full order is on its way.

 

Something Not Right?

If your item arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us at  chezyhennie@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.

 

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Chez Yhennié cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
